To start off, Aparna is a nice and a genuine person. When we first decided to move from Triad to Triangle, we imagined it to be a painful experience as we envisioned making multiple trips that far to view homes, but Aparna made the process of home buying very smooth for us as she did lots and lots of virtual tours for us. After first few virtual tours, we were embarrassed to ask for more, but she never said 'No'. We also relied heavily on Aparna's honest feedback about the properties and she never disappointed us. I had to rent out my townhouse and was looking for a real estate agent, I had seen great reviews about Real Estate by Aparna on facebook and had also heard a lot about her amongst my friends. Since the showings could not be done in person due to the situation, Aparna went a step ahead and created a video tour of the house which by the way was one of the best I have seen.
